All reservations must be confirmed with a 50% deposit.
Deposits for July and August are non-refundable unless canceled or changed by June 1st.

All utensils are supplied in kitchens. All units have electric heat and A/C.
No rollaways or cribs are available. Firewood available at extra cost. (off season only)
Limited boat docking requires reservation $40 per night.
NO MAID SERVICE PROVIDED
A housekeeper will stop by on a daily basis to exchange towels and provide soap and toilet paper if necessary.
Absolutely no room towels at the pool or beach. Please bring beach towels.
Guests must bring their garbage to the dumpster daily.
Guests must remove all left over food and garbage at checkout.
All dishes must be washed and put away as they were found.
$75 checkout charge for unwashed dishes or garbage left in room.
